Product Care
Proper care helps keep your Marycele candle warmer lamp looking and performing its best. Follow the guidance below for everyday use, cleaning, bulb replacement and storage.
Before Use
Place your Marycele candle warmer lamp on a stable, flat and heat-resistant surface.
Before turning it on, make sure:
- The lamp, power cord and inline controller are dry and undamaged.
- The candle fits comfortably beneath the lampshade.
- There is adequate space between the candle and warming bulb.
- The candle container is suitable for warming.
- The lamp is positioned away from water and areas where it may be easily knocked over.
Always check the individual product page for model-specific dimensions and compatibility.
Using Your Candle Warmer Lamp
Place your jar candle in the center of the wooden base beneath the warming bulb.
Turn on the lamp and select your preferred brightness level.
Current Marycele candle warmer lamp models offer 4 brightness levels to adjust warming intensity.
Higher brightness generally provides stronger warming, while lower settings offer gentler warming.
For models equipped with a timer, select:
2H / 4H / 8H
The lamp will automatically turn off after the selected timer period.
Adjusting the Lamp Height
For Marycele models with adjustable height, raise or lower the lampshade to better accommodate different candle sizes.
Avoid positioning the bulb too close to the candle container.
Always allow sufficient clearance between the bulb, lampshade and candle.
If you are unsure whether a candle will fit, check the product dimensions before use.
Candle Care
When using a candle warmer lamp, the top layer of wax may gradually melt as fragrance is released.
This is normal.
Over time, the fragrance in the upper layer of wax may become less noticeable even when wax remains in the jar.
If fragrance performance decreases, follow the candle manufacturer's care recommendations before removing or adjusting any wax.
Never pour hot wax while the candle or container is still positioned under the lamp.
Cleaning the Lamp
Before cleaning:
Turn off the lamp, unplug it and allow all components to cool completely.
Glass Lampshade
Use a soft microfiber cloth to gently remove dust and fingerprints.
For more thorough cleaning, use a slightly damp soft cloth and dry the glass completely afterward.
Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough materials that may scratch the glass.
Metal Arm
Wipe the metal surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture.
Wooden Base
Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
Do not soak the wooden base or allow water to enter electrical components.
Wipe away any wax residue carefully after it has fully cooled.
Inline Controller & Power Cord
Clean only with a dry cloth.
Do not immerse the controller, cord or plug in water.
Replacing the Bulb
Marycele candle warmer lamps use compatible GU10 halogen bulbs depending on the model.
For current compatible Marycele models, the specified replacement bulb is:
GU10 · 120V · 50W Halogen Bulb
Before replacing the bulb:
- Turn off and unplug the lamp.
- Allow the bulb and lampshade to cool completely.
- Remove the old GU10 bulb carefully.
- Insert the replacement bulb into the socket.
- Gently twist it into the locked position.
- Confirm the bulb is securely installed before reconnecting power.
Whenever possible, avoid touching the glass surface of a halogen bulb directly with bare fingers.

Replacement Bulb Compatibility
Do not choose a replacement bulb based only on appearance.
Always confirm:
Bulb Base → GU10
Voltage → 120V
Wattage → 50W
Specifications may vary between products, so check your specific Marycele model before purchasing a replacement.
If the Lamp Does Not Turn On
First check that:
- The power cord is securely connected.
- The outlet is working.
- The inline controller is switched on.
- The bulb is correctly installed.
- The bulb has not reached the end of its usable life.
If the problem continues, stop using the product and contact Marycele Customer Support.
If the Candle Is Warming Slowly
Warming performance can vary depending on:
Brightness setting · Lamp height · Candle size · Wax type · Room temperature
Try increasing the brightness level or adjusting the lamp height while maintaining appropriate clearance between the bulb and candle.
Storage
If the lamp will not be used for an extended period:
Unplug it, allow it to cool completely, clean the surfaces and store it in a dry indoor location.
Avoid placing heavy objects on the glass lampshade, power cord or controller.
