Candle Warmer Lamps
What is a candle warmer lamp?
A candle warmer lamp uses a warming bulb to gently heat a scented jar candle from above, helping release fragrance without lighting the candle wick.
Marycele candle warmer lamps combine warm ambient lighting with adjustable warming settings for everyday home use.
How do Marycele candle warmer lamps work?
Place a compatible jar candle on the wooden base beneath the lampshade, turn on the lamp, and select your preferred brightness level.
The halogen bulb warms the top layer of candle wax, allowing the fragrance to gradually diffuse into the room.
Do Marycele candle warmer lamps use an open flame?
No. Marycele candle warmer lamps warm candles from above using a halogen bulb, so the candle wick does not need to be lit.
Can I adjust the fragrance intensity?
Yes.
Most current Marycele candle warmer lamp models include 4 brightness levels: 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.
A higher brightness setting provides stronger warming, while a lower setting offers gentler warming.
Actual fragrance intensity may vary depending on the candle size, wax type, fragrance concentration and distance from the warming bulb.
Does the lamp have a timer?
Yes.
Current Marycele candle warmer lamp models include:
2H / 4H / 8H Auto Shut-Off Timer
Once the selected timer ends, the lamp automatically turns off.
Is the height adjustable?
Yes.
Current Marycele candle warmer lamps feature adjustable height, allowing the lampshade to be raised or lowered for different jar candle sizes.
For best results, always check the dimensions listed on the individual product page before purchasing.
What candle sizes can I use?
Marycele candle warmer lamps are designed to accommodate a variety of scented jar candles.
Depending on the model, they can work with:
- Small jar candles
- Medium jar candles
- Large jar candles
- Tall jar candles
- Wax melts in suitable heat-resistant containers
Because dimensions vary by model, please check the maximum candle height and base dimensions on the product page before use.
Can I use wax melts with the lamp?
Yes, wax melts can be used when placed in a suitable heat-resistant dish or container that fits beneath the warming lamp.
Do not place loose wax directly on the wooden base.
Bulbs & Replacement
What type of bulb does Marycele use?
Current Marycele candle warmer lamp models use a:
GU10 120V 50W Halogen Bulb
Always check the specifications of your lamp before purchasing a replacement bulb.
Can I use any GU10 bulb?
Not necessarily.
The replacement bulb should match the base type, voltage and wattage required by your candle warmer lamp.
For compatible Marycele models, use a GU10 120V 50W halogen bulb.
Where can I buy replacement bulbs?
Marycele GU10 replacement bulbs are available in our:
Replacement Bulbs collection.
They are designed for compatible candle warmer lamps and are available as a replacement set.
How do I replace the bulb?
- Turn off and unplug the lamp.
- Allow the bulb and lampshade to cool completely.
- Remove the existing GU10 bulb.
- Insert the new bulb into the socket.
- Gently twist the bulb to lock it into place.
Avoid touching the glass surface of a halogen bulb with bare fingers whenever possible.
Product Use & Care
Where can I use a Marycele candle warmer lamp?
Marycele candle warmer lamps are designed for indoor spaces such as:
- Bedroom
- Living room
- Reading corner
- Home office
- Entryway
- Desk or side table
Always place the lamp on a stable, flat surface.
How should I clean the lamp?
Turn off and unplug the lamp before cleaning.
Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to clean the metal arm and wooden base.
For the glass lampshade, use a soft microfiber cloth.
Do not immerse the lamp, cord or controller in water.
Why is my candle not releasing much fragrance?
Several factors may affect fragrance intensity:
- Brightness setting
- Distance between the bulb and candle
- Candle size
- Wax composition
- Fragrance concentration
- Amount of wax already melted
Try increasing the brightness setting or adjusting the lamp height while keeping adequate clearance above the candle.
Why does the top layer of wax become liquid?
This is normal.
A candle warmer lamp heats the upper layer of wax to release fragrance. As the candle cools, the wax will gradually solidify again.
